KENTARO FURUYA
Kentaro Furuya is an associate at Matsuo & Kosugi. The scope of his practice covers dispute resolution, commercial transactions and general corporate matters including M&As, joint ventures, restructuring and IPOs. The industries in which Furuya advises clients includes tech, entertainment, telecommunication and manufacturing.
Furuya has also continuously advised foreign clients on a range a of regulatory affairs including data protection, competition, and a variety of license related matters. In addition, Furuya also advises clients in establishing business foundations and assisting with transactions involving local businesses.
Furuya was selected as a visiting scholar to the University of California at Berkely School of Law by the Sho Sato Program in Japanese and US Law.
